Use instructions:

Step 1: When you are ready, open the foil package and remove the test. Then remove the cap. Hold the stick by the non-slip handle with the absorbent end pointing down. Use directly in the urine stream for 5'' or alternatively collect an urine sample in a container and submerge it for 10''.

Step 2: Replace the cap and place the stick on a flat surface with the screen facing up. The clock symbol will appear and flash on the display, indicating that the test is working.
