Right of Withdrawal / Return of Products
You are entitled to withdraw from this agreement within 30 calendar days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 30 calendar days from the day following the date you have acquired the physical possession of the goods.
The products purchased must be returned in their original condition (their packaging has not been opened or destroyed) accompanied by the relevant documents (receipt – invoice) for sale.
Please pack the product/products well, if it is possible in its/their original packaging, so they will not be damaged during shipping. Returns of open packages are NOT accepted.
* FREE RETURN SHIPPING: We will cover return shipping costs. Applies only to orders from Greece.
Once we receive the product/products, we will refund its/their purchase amount, minus the initial shipping and delivery costs, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Especially in the case of pay on delivery or in any case it is not possible to refund money using the payment method you used, your refund will be made upon agreement, with deposit in your Greek bank account, without any extra charge.

Returns from Cyprus:
The return is made exclusively with Acs Courier, with a recipient charge and a cost of 7.90 euros.
Once we receive the product, we will refund its purchase amount, minus shipping costs (shipping and return), using the same payment method you used for the transaction.
Returns from Abroad:
The return is at your own expense, exclusively with registered shipping. Once we receive the product, we will refund its purchase amount, minus the initial shipping using the same payment method you used for the transaction.
Defective Products
If the conditions of the law and our return policy terms are met, a new packaging of the same product will be shipped to the shipping address you indicated, without any extra charge.
The defective product, if requested, should be returned to the Company at the customer's expense, accompanied by the relevant documents (receipt – invoice) for sale.
Please pack the product/products well, if it is possible in its/their original packaging, so they will not be damaged during shipping.

Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of your order is possible only if it has not been processed and has not been shipped by the appropriate department of the Company. You can cancel your order by phone at +30 2310864440, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 17:00 p.m., or by email at support@mother2be.gr, with the title “Cancellation”, providing us your order number.
If the purchase was made by credit/debit card the transaction will be canceled and the customer's account will be credited within 14 calendar days.
In case of pay on delivery or bank deposit, we will deposit the amount in a Greek bank account, that you will provide us.
Not Accepted Delivery
Greece: In case that a customer does not receive their order within 9 calendar days, counting from the first delivery attempt by the courier, the package is automatically returned. In this case the purchase amount on prepaid orders is refunded, minus the original shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
*In case of a return with a selected cash on delivery fee by the customer, the next order must be prepaid so that it can be sent by our company.
Cyprus: In case that a customer does not receive his order, within the stipulated time and with the return of the parcel to our store, our customers are credited with the purchase amount minus the original shipping costs, while the return costs are also included, as there is a charge from the company courier 12.40 euros. The amount is credited to the customer, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Foreign Counties: In case that a customer does not receive his order in any foreign country within the stipulated time, the order is automatically returned to our company. Upon receipt of the return by our store, the customer is credited for the purchase amount, minus the original shipping charges, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Remarks
Mother2be.gr reserves the right to terminate or modify its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
In the event of repeated consumer returns, the Company reserves the right to refuse to accept product refunds due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 of Greek Civil Code).
If this legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for accepting the return of the product are not fulfilled, then this will be reimbursed to the consumer who will bear the costs of packing and shipping.
