How much is the shipping cost to Greece?

For purchases over EUR 49.00 shipping throughout Greece is free. For purchases under EUR 49.00 shipping throughout Greece is only EUR 2.50. Remote and inaccessible areas are included.

Is there a Pickup Point in Thessaloniki?

Of course there is. Select at checkout: "Pick up from ACS store Rafailidi Papadaki 3, Thermi''. In this case you will not be charged the shipping costs and we will inform you by call about the day/time of the collection. Note that morning orders can be picked up the same day from the specific ACS store, after 5:00 p.m. The "Pick Up Point" option is only available for pre-paid orders, using one of the following methods: Credit/Debit card, Paypal or Bank Deposit/Web Banking (not cash on delivery).

Do your products have a long expiration date?

Can I return a product?

Of course you can return a product for FREE within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order. The packaging of the product must has not been opened or damaged. You should include all of its original documents in the return. Once we receive the product, you will be refunded its purchase amount, minus the original shipping/COD shipping costs, using the same payment method you used for the transaction. The free return is only valid for Greece.
