Shipping throughout Greece:
For orders of over EUR 49.00 shipping throughout Greece is free. For orders under EUR 49.00 shipping throughout Greece is only EUR 2.50.
The products are shipped with ACS Courier.
If you pay on delivery, an extra charge of EUR 1.90 is charged, for shipments throughout Greece.
The average delivery time* of the products is 1–2 business days, depending on the region you are in. Delivery takes place at the shipping address you have indicated, either at a residence or a workplace address, since our packaging is completely discreet. You can also pick it up from your local ACS Courier store, as long as you let us know the store that serves you.
Delivery Times by Region:
- 1 business day: All over Central Greece (except Aitoloakarnania), all over Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly, the Sporades Islands.
- 2 business days: All over Epirus, Peloponnese, Crete, the Ionian Islands, the Cyclades, the Dodecanese, the Northeast Aegean Islands, and Aitoloakarnania.
Inaccessible areas: 2-4 working days. There is no extra charge for shipment to these areas.
Upon completion of your order, we will automatically send you an email with its details.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the courier tracking number, so you can track your parcel's exact location and delivery times.
*During periods of high traffic for courier companies, such as holiday periods, delays are expected in all regions.
Pickup Point in Thermi Thessaloniki:
You can receive your order from the ACS store in Thermi Thessaloniki (Rafailidi Papadaki 3), without any additional charge.
Select the corresponding field during checkout and we will inform you by phone about the day/time of collection. Please note, that for orders placed early in the morning on a business day, our customers can receive their package on the same day from the relevant ACS store after 17:00 p.m.
This option applies only in prepayment methods, such us: Credit/Debit card, Paypal or Bank Deposit/Web Banking (not cash on delivery).
Shipping Packaging:
All of our orders are shipped in discreet packaging, our brand name & package content are not visible from the outside. This is how the dispatcher appears outside of your box:

For product purchases over €99, you do not incur shipping costs. For orders under €99, the shipping cost is:
- Only €4.90* for all of Cyprus and delivery from 6 to 9 working days with Aramex Courier (Standard) or
- €7.90* with fast shipping for all of Cyprus and delivery from 2 to 4 working days with Aramex Courier (Fast Shipping).

Shipping Abroad:

The products are sent by the Greek Post Office (ELTA) and the average delivery time is 5 to 9 working days.
